I completed the Discovery / Breakthrough and Leadership Program over 8 years ago. The experience continues to be, STILL, besides giving birth to my daughter, the most pivotal, life-altering, self-defining choice point of my life.
Out of my experience in these trainings, I was able to take my one-person kitchen table business into a multi-national business consulting firm ranked by the Inc 500 as one of the fastest growing private companies in the U.S. I am a published author, and pursuing my life long dream of completing my Ph.D. studies in Organizational Psychology.
More importantly, I am a committed, connected, loving, wife, mother, and a contribution to the planet and to those whom I touch and influence, as a direct result of transformational trainings. I think at the end of the day, beyond the titles or money, what we long for, as human beings, is the deep knowing that our existence made a difference. Thank you for awakening me to that.

I recently completed the Leadership Program and I want to acknowledge the staff, coaches and fellow participants; thank you for the WOW! Life does not come with a manual but LP is the next best thing.
After participating in Discovery and Breakthrough, LP gave me the tools to bring what I learned to the “real world” and inspired me to reach further inside myself than I thought possible. During my 90 days I was encouraged, coached, and pushed further than I would have ever done on my own. I am a better mother, wife, friend and human being.
I completed leadership on August 16, 2009 and the results that I have created in my life are amazing! I learned how to access so many parts of me that I didn’t even know were there to have my life be the way I want it to be. Before I always thought, “That’s just the way it is,” but now I know that I have the power to create my life to be the way I want it to be. I realized that to have something I’ve never had before, I needed to be someone I’ve never been before and LP supported me in being that person.
The amount of support and love that I received through the whole leadership journey was unparalelled. I had not only a team of fellow leadership participants, but also the relentless commitment of 4 coaches who were there for me no matter what came up or what time of the day or night it was. There is strength in numbers and participating in leadership helped me see how much my number counts. I am forever grateful to the amazing men and women who supported me on my journey – including Ken and Kathy Cushman. They were very accessible and devoted to me and all of my teammates during the whole process.
My life would not be what it is today if I had not completed leadership.
The leadership program was pivotal for me in maintaining the framework and concepts that I have learned in The Discovery and Breakthrough. Every day I had a difference to make a difference in someone’s life. The principles learned in the leadership program are principles that I still live by to this day. The legacy project is also a unique opportunity to leave just that…A Legacy. Our time created a clinic in Haiti that is still standing and saving lives. I am very thankful to have that opportunity and make such a profound impact on people.
